Job Description:
After initial training, the candidates filling these position are expected to lead the CAE development team in Shanghai and be responsible for the code design and development, project scheduling and delivery, and QAQC testing. He/she will need to communicate with CAE product managers, program manager, project leads, and application engineers in HQ regularly for technical discussions.
Qualifications and Required Skills:
* PhD or MS degree in Applied Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or Equivalent
* 5 years experience in the development of Finite Element or related software
* Knowledge and experience of Finite Element analysis are required
* Experience in leading a software development team is required
* WINDOWS, LINUX or UNIX experience is required
* Experience in I-DEAS, FEMAP, PATRAN, HYPERMESH, NASTRAN, ANSYS, ABAQUS, or other finite element software is preferred
* 3-5 years experience in Structural Dynamics , NVH, Rigid/Flex-Multibody-Dynamics is required.
