JOB PURPOSE:
Manage the project or product development according to the developing procedures.
Provide reasonable resources for every project to make sure that the projects can be on schedule. Problems solving in the project development.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:
I. Technical Responsibilities
1.  Direct and coordinate the project development.
2.  Design review and supervise in each design phase to achieve the projects goal.
3. &nbsp

roblem solving and coordinating for every functional section.
4.  Efficiency and quality improvement of the project development, cost reduction of the existing products.
5. &nbsp

rovide the technical advising and assistance for the design activities.
6. &nbsp

lanning of the resources and instruments for the project development.
II. Managerial Responsibilities
1.  Recruit and retain quality ME Sec. staff.
2. &nbsp

rovide the personal leadership necessary to create harmonious and effective project teams.
3. &nbsp

erform regular performance reviews.
4.  Manage each member’s training and growth.
5.  Allocate financial, physical, and human resources to projects.
6.  Insure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
7.  Prepare annual and supplemental department budgets and report deviations on a monthly basis.
8.  Be responsible for effective communication between the ME Section and the other departments/section and customers.
9.  Establish administrative procedures and policies of engineering
