After you install support for a given non-English language on an English system, you can do the following operations：
Display language-specific characters in Pro/ENGINEER files.文件名可以用中文
Input and edit text containing language-specific characters in Pro/ENGINEER files.特征名亦可
Display the localized user interface.本地化接口也能用中文
Print language specific characters.打印也OK,,WF2.0也可以的。
当然，proe的工作未到家，双字节的输入有相当一部分不能用，但毕竟我们期待了6年啦！

About Multi-byte File Name and Character Support
To process text on a computer, unique numbers are assigned to each letter or character in a language. This assignment is referred to as encoding. European languages (single-byte languages) use about 150 characters. Therefore, the numeric range of a single byte (0—255) is sufficient to encode European languages. Asian languages (multi-byte languages) use thousands of characters, requiring multiple bytes to store the numeric code of a single character.
Pro/ENGINEER provides universal support for single-byte languages. For multi-byte languages there are some limitations as described in the next two tables.
