标题: 脚垫材质
电子产品中我们常用到几种材质的脚垫，有rubber silicon PU, 大家能不能谈谈各种材质的优缺点及价格，我们公司的脚垫开始都用RUBBER(我们都是这么写，也不知其体是哪种橡胶)，后因客户说放在桌子上较久后会在桌子上有脚垫印痕，所有全部改用silicon

机脚垫我们常用有海绵、橡胶、硅胶等。
海绵容易变形，防滑性不好。
一般采用硅橡胶。

RUBBER一般为天然橡胶,价钱低,有点味;silicon比RUBBER好,但价高一倍左右.
其实PVC也可选做脚垫,价格优势,

由于PVC材质会阻碍其他塑料的循环利用或造成利用成本增加，欧美，日本很多大公司早已经不允许使用

硅橡胶的耐热、耐寒、耐候性都相当好，应使用硅橡胶！

I think which kinds of material will be utilized in feet should be depended on what kinds of product you wanted. if the product only stand on the table without any movement, the PE will be better. If the product will be moved on the table, Teflon will be a good solution

大部分公司的ＰＶＣ含铅量较高,都达不到ＲＯＨＳ的环保要求,所以用的不多.

应该有很多的，具体你找一家做胶片的厂家要资料。应该有硬度，耐磨性，耐候性等方面的介绍。只有这样你才能保证你想要的东西有人能提供。

看来你说的很对，现在对材料的选择已经越来越严格了！
