1.是个薄壁产品,公司打算用买n台高速机做此项目,我用进口机的参数跑此产品,没发现太大的问题,主要是验证浇口的位置和数量是否可满足射饱.
2.后不经意用现有普通机参数,同样的水温,热流道温度的条件,也能射饱?
3.进口机射速800MM/S,射压289Mpa,180 ton
4.普通机东芝150MM/S ,射压196Mpa,100 ton
5.老板明说此项目普通机做不来的,所以买高速机,
可否帮忙看看是不是老板骗人的?不相信啊!我还是相信moldflow的!

It seems this part may be used in the battery product and the best choice of resin is ABS+PC(high flow),i.g. lG,CHEIL,DSM,BAYER,GE.
You can run 3 or4 gates in the wall thickness 0.85,0.7,0.57,0.52 and improve the runner dimensions to induce pressure and energy lost. In my views you control the injection pressure 160mpa or speed 80% in the general machine if you dont have high speed machine.
In your picture ,the "fill time" is much shorter,which processing conditions is not available in molding machine.
Venting is very important in the mold designing.
