Hardware Requirements
The hardware requirements are described as follows:
• Processor Pentium 4 or AMD64 (2.4 GHz (or higher)).
• Pentium III and old AMD computers are not supported. For these computers use a special
version; CimatronE 8.0 OC (Old Computer). A message is displayed while installing a
standard version on an old computer: "Your hardware (CPU) doesn’t support this
installation set of CimatronE. Please use the OC installation set instead. If you do not have
it, please contact your local Cimatron Provider."
• Memory (RAM): minimum 2 Gb (3 Gb recommended)
• Graphic card: must support OpenGL 3D (with a minimum of 64 Mb)
• Free Hard disk space: 2 Gb
• 3 button mouse
