标题: A级模具讨论
何为A级模具呢？
-Good Interchangeability
Good Design Concept：Balanced and Optimal Cooling Design；Balanced and Optimal Cooling Design；
Balanced and Optimal Cooling Design；Best Steel Condition。。。。。。
High precision manufacturing

-High Performance
Short Cycle Time：Demanding the shortest possible cycle times and the longest possible mold life.
Long Mold Life：Components with a life cycle of greater than 3 million shots.

-High Cavitations
High Productivity
High Profit
GENERALLY HIGH CAVITATION from 8 – 128 CAVITIES ( and even more )

在国内做A级模具的公司不多。据我了解的大概有以下几家：
Ace
Nypro Tool HongKong
S-MouldTech 苏州模泰克模具
......（如有其它，请补充）

A级模具才是高端模具市场，模价自然不低的。模具的验正也是很复杂的，如scientific molding process........

请在以上公司工作的坛友发表下意见，谈谈你们公司、模具的情况！让大家一起见识、见识！

模具是拿来用的，不是看的，
能用合适的价格，达到产品的要求的，才是AAA级模具，

ACE在深圳这边确实是是前三名了，其中ＡＣＥ的强项是多腔模具。价格，嘿嘿！
