标题: 中国国内的很多模具厂做的不是模具，是垃圾
我就不点名字了，那个公司在深圳平湖，反正觉得他们很垃圾，靠低价接单，做出来的模具没有一套是好的，垃圾都不如！

It gives me a sense that they don't pay attention to molding, all they can do is compressing the tooling cost. I can't put up with them,but I have to do, I have no power to choose vendors.

只是那一家厂，楼主也不要说中国国内吧！来我们公司试试，模具零件公差一般都在0.01mm以内。

I have replied that I can't choose vendors by myself, I am only a tooling engnieer.

First, pls don't pack here DaLaoCu say English, your English is very Chinese type.

Second, now you in English, it means that you are a foreign companies, and I believe that foreign companies in examining the suppliers also pay attention to this problem, the suppliers get company to inspect the team admits,
then you-the tooling engineer shall not with the mould suppliers with communication and tracking in place cause the mould do very rubbish

说明一下，我也曾经在外资公司负责过整个大陆地区的模具运作管理。像你这种情况正常，模具本身价钱本来就不高，人家依赖的是注塑产品。另一方面模具厂商与公司之间签订了这套模具的合同，就说明公司与模具厂商认可了这个模具价格，并且对这样的价格制作出怎样的模具双方都是有个承认与界限的。那么人家模具厂商能够在这个基础上省出成本也是人家的本事，这里面就需要你模具工程师去参与到里面管控模具厂商在如何省的情况下不能低于最初约定的模具质量范围内。

I grew up in China, no one in China can speak English as good as an American, you too! What you posted on this topic has shown me your English level.

If your vendors build the mold that works worse, you ask them to improve according to your comments,but they do nothing to better the mold's performance, what do you have to say for your vendor?

Compared with the Japanese company I served before, the road ahead is very long, for all the domestic mold makers.

看产品要求来定价钱吧，如外资厂没什么要求的东西非要公差0。02MM公差那价格当然不一样了

现在大陆的模具不是做的很垃圾，只是价格的问题。大家都突破了模具卖的是技术这个理念了，卖的就只能是烂铜烂铁了，所以也鄙视那些老是说简单简单的半桶水们。从业20年了，我觉得做“好”每一套模具都不容易；当然，做“好”是要像欧美那样的品质。

Why do your people put  PO to this level of toolshop? not to Ace or Flexronic,even TK's level?
Yes, you can not choose the vendors, but you should provide your techinical comments  to your higher level management.,and help your suppliers to solve all issues.
They pay salary to you, not just get  your complain,but  for your technical support.

中国式英语,谁都会那么两句,能打中文不打中文.
一分价钱一分货.Ace/Flextronics(当然还有长3角区的---俺不知道),基本上可以比肩世界一流的模具了(或许是一流的末端),而目前欧洲的葡萄牙与波兰的竞争力让中国出口模具方面喘不过气了.人家那还不需要高昂的运输费用,更有语言方面的优势.
说到底,模具就是制造业里的服务业---为顶端产品服务的,价格与质量成正比的.

出了方案,人家改不好,找对正确途径让人家改,要不直接把你的buyer带来,压他们改,抱怨有什么用.----找不到正确途径,那是你的错.
抱怨完了还是你做那些事.

你说的这个厂我知道,在华南城边上,(平湖乡)老板姓陈的,几兄弟一起搞的模房,在行业中名声相当不好,又欠供应商的钱又拖工人工资.无论是工人还是供应商只要是想收钱都要找人打架才行(这是我前几年知道的)就是你自己有眼无珠对供应商的资质不做一下评估,不要怨天由人.自己也要负责任.

Thank you for posting on my topic. Compared with the other mold vendors, he relies on his strong relationship with super managers to get PO, not the quality.

I have done all that I can do, I let my sr. manager know this, he told me to enhance the relationship with mold makers. Usually, I share my comments with the mold maker, but what he returns to me is crap.

顶，兄弟你说的非常正确，我也曾经管理过一模具厂，经常有客户要求模具价格低一点再低一点，质量好一点再好一点，TMD，我又不是神仙，工人也要吃饭啊

材料成本都可以算出来，然后加工成本也可以计算的，如果价格超常规很多，那肯定有问题。别说人家垃圾。低于正常加工价格太多，那就没有办法了。总不能亏本吧。一分钱一分货，100块也就50块钱的货

我赞同大家的意见！其实，在珠三角不少的外资或三来一补企业都是靠出口来生存。也就是在国外卖的也有相当一部份的‘Made in China’被认可。所以我们有能力也有实力生产达到客人要求的好的产品，好的模具！一件产品或者一套模具有最大的话语权的是客人自己。也就是说客人自己接受是最终的要求。

的确，低价模具的存在说明市场有对它的需求，产品精度差，服务双方都是认可的
