EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY
Meade Instruments Corporation, headquartered in Irvine, California, USA, is seeking a talented Mechanical Engineer to work in a supplier factory in WuHan city. Meade is the world leader in the manufacture and sale of telescopes and accessories for the serious amateur market, and also extensively markets binoculars and other optical equipment. The job position is Quality Assurance (‘QA’) Inspector. Job responsibility will be to insure that Meade products are produced and shipped to specifications, including Electronic, Mechanical, Cosmetic, Optical and Packaging.
Quality Assurance experience and a deep knowledge of optics are not required. Training will be supplied through Meade’s affiliate company in China, Meade Instruments Guangzhou Company, Ltd. Benefits are provided (medical, retirement, disability, unemployment, housing accumulation fund), and Chinese national holidays observed. Starting salary will range from 3500.00-4000.00RMB, depending on applicant’s job experience.
Proficiency in spoken English is required.
